I don't have an Aurora Vision security code or the one I have doesn't work.

1. The security code is on the back of the Quick Start Guide that came with your Aurora Vision Training kit and on the back of the VR console.
2. Make sure that you included the dashes when you enter the security code.
3. Call your regional DCI office and provide the Serial Number (ID) of your registered Aurora Vision console. Once ownership is confirmed, the activation code can be provided.
