You may not need to do all of these steps to get things working again. If none of the solutions work, contact DCI Customer Support to report your problem.
- Press the VIVE button to switch on the controller.
- If the controller LED is flashing red, replace the batteries (2-AA batteries).
- If the controller LED is blue, re-pair the controllers from the VIVE Console app.
- Restart the SteamVR app.
- Restart the VR console and the Link box, and relaunch Aurora Vision.
